The AAPM Coolidge Gold Medal and Other Recent CIC Honors
It gives us great pride to announce that on Monday, July 22nd, CT CIC Technical Director Cynthia H. McCollough was presented the William D. Coolidge Gold Medal Award by the American Association of Physicists in Medicine.
The Coolidge Award--the highest honor the AAPM can bestow--denotes excellence and distinguished contributions to Medical Physics.
This is an incredible honor and a well deserved one for Dr. McCollough's incredible achievements throughout her career. See below for a couple of photos of Dr. McCollough celebrating her award with past and present members of the CT CIC.
